Разновидность свопа, при котором многонациональная компания с дочерними предприятиями в стране-заемщике покупает долговые обязательства по выданным ранее за счет кредитов займам, что позволит впоследствии расширить кредитование своих филиалов. Это дает возможность головной компании финансировать свои дочерние предприятия, используя преференциальный обменный курс.
